Fees & Policies

All clients will complete an initial occupational therapy assessment prior to accessing ongoing or supplemental therapy services. The initial assessment is 90 minutes in duration and includes a comprehensive caregiver intake interview and a hands-on clinical assessment. The fee for the initial assessment is $262.50

Written summary reports are not included in the assessment fee and are available upon request. Report preparation will be billed separately at the applicable report writing rate.

Therapy appointments are scheduled in 60-minute blocks. This includes up to 50 minutes of direct, face-to-face intervention, with the remaining time allocated for clinical documentation, payment processing, transitions, and required equipment cleaning and sterilization. The fee for a 60-minute session is $175.00.

We understand that unexpected events may occur; however, to respect therapist time and other clients’ scheduling, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment fee.

• No-call, no-show appointments will be charged the full session fee.

Fees for late cancellations or missed appointments are payable at the time of the next scheduled session or as otherwise agreed with the clinic.

We accept payment by credit card, debit or e-transfer. Payment is due at the time of service. Failure to submit payment may result in losing your child’s spot in our schedule.
